1. Competition and Consumer Act overview

We design marketing and booking practices to comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law prohibitions on misleading or deceptive conduct (s 18) and false or misleading representations (s 29).

2. Advertising & testimonials

Artist availability statements are indicative until confirmed. Reviews and client logos are used only with permission or as publicly authorised.

Comparative claims, if any, will be substantiated.

3. Pricing transparency

Because elite packages are custom, we do not publish fixed consumer prices for all SKUs. Quotes disclose inclusions, exclusions, GST treatment and deposit terms before acceptance.

4. Unconscionable conduct & unfair terms

Standard form terms are intended to be reasonably necessary to protect legitimate interests (supplier deposits, WHS, security licensing). We review terms for unfair contract term risks under the ACL regime applicable to small businesses and consumers.

5. Spam & electronic messaging

Commercial electronic messages comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth): consent, identify the sender, and include unsubscribe for marketing lists. Transactional booking emails are operational.
