Artists may be engaged as independent contractors. Nothing in a booking creates employment unless expressly agreed in writing.
Live performances of musical works require appropriate APRA AMCOS / PPCA licences at the venue where applicable. Clients are responsible for venue licences unless we expressly arrange them.
Recording or livestream of artists requires prior written approval and may attract additional fees. Moral rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) must be respected.
Shared WHS duties apply between venues, PCBU clients and contractors. Risk assessments for staging, pyro, crowd and electrical work must be completed before show call.
We do not tolerate discrimination, sexual harassment or vilification under federal and State equal opportunity laws. Reports can be made to info@eeevents.com.au.
Performances involving minors comply with State child employment and supervision rules. Working with Children Checks are required for relevant roles.
