Nothing in this policy excludes guarantees you cannot exclude under the ACL (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)), including guarantees as to due care and skill and fitness for disclosed purpose where applicable.
Deposits secure dates with artists and suppliers. Deposit percentages are stated on each written quotation. Deposits may be non-refundable once suppliers are contracted, except where required by the ACL or where we cancel.
If you cancel: (a) more than 30 days before the event — deposit may be retained as liquidated damages reflecting genuine pre-estimate of loss; (b) 14–30 days — up to 50% of package value may be payable; (c) under 14 days — up to 100% may be payable if suppliers cannot be re-booked.
We will take reasonable steps to mitigate losses and will refund any amount not reasonably incurred.
If a headliner becomes unavailable we will propose a comparable substitute or refund amounts paid for the affected component.
Force majeure (including severe weather, pandemic directions, industrial action) may allow reschedule in good faith.
Multi-enquiry package changes after confirmation may incur variation fees for logistics, security re-rostering or production redesign.
Email info@eeevents.com.au with booking reference, event date and reasons. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14 business days where practicable.
