1. Platform rules

Content we publish on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X and LinkedIn complies with each platform’s terms and Australian law including defamation, copyright and advertising standards.

2. User-generated content

By tagging or permitting use of event photos/videos you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost for portfolio marketing, with credit where reasonable, unless you opt out in writing.

3. Influencer & talent posts

Where posts are paid or freebies are provided, we require clear advertising disclosures consistent with ACL guidance on influencer advertising.

4. Takedown

Report IP or privacy concerns to info@eeevents.com.au. We will review expeditiously and remove content where legally required.

5. Community standards

Harassment, hate speech or unlawful content on our pages will be removed and may be reported to platforms or police.
